Thanks for posting this quote.  I had brushed by it not too long ago but forgot.  Site Build it says 4-5 keywords, but now more than 5 and that has worked pretty well for me so far.  The &quot;spiders&quot; sent out from search engine to crawl site DO NOT like &quot;keyword stuffing.&quot;  

They might just pass the page by if there is any detection of trying to manipulate them:)</description>
